It is the endeavour of the Management to employ facilitators who are given continuous training to impart learner-friendly methods. We believe students learn best when they learn through Experiential, Experimental and Learning-by-Doing methods in a non-coercive environment. Every effort is made to free students from rote-methods and shortcuts. Field visits, Excursions, Project work and methods that enhance the holistic development of students constitute the bedrock on which Shastra School is founded. In conjugation with multiple intelligences and learning styles profiling of its students, ensures improved learning outcomes.
